Work has started on this town house within the Chichester city walls. The property lies within the Conservation Area and just metres away from the main shopping, eating and cultural centre.

The brief is to provided a single, glazed, rear extension to create a new link between the ground floor and basement area, while maximising the available light.

The interior of the property will benefit from a top to toe refurbishment including the kitchen and bathrooms.

For further information and up to date progress you can follow the project on our Houzz page.
