Elegant details set the tone for this stylish open-plan dining space. We worked with our client to design an extension to their 1930s home that was modern, inviting and most importantly sociable for themselves and their teenage children.
The old kitchen was small and had no access to their much loved garden. By extending out across the back of the house with large panoramic glazed doors the area is now flooded with natural light & enables effortless outdoor dining.
The Kebony cladding, this extension will mature to a silver/grey patina and will weather beautifully over time.
To achieve the contemporary look on the cabinets and island we mixed a custom granite grey on the units with worktops in ‘fresh concrete’ from Caesarstone. By painting the far wall a dark green the kitchen is framed beautifully both day & night.
