Planning permission has been granted for an extension to this home to the south of the village centre of Hambledon in Hampshire.

Hambledon, known as the ‘Cradle of cricket’, is a rural village within the South Downs National Park.

The project has two distinct elements:

A replacement single storey, rear extension will extend the living accommodation at ground floor and give improved access to the south facing garden and a loft conversion to create a master bedroom suite.

A double storey, side extension to the main house will provide improved and extended living and bedroom accommodation.
