Design for Extension to a Historic Cottage

Sidlesham

The brief for this historic cottage in Sussex was for an extension to the existing small footprint into the garden with a two storey extension.  A new ground floor kitchen and living space would be housed in the extension and a first floor master suite including a terrace overlooking the countryside to the rear of the property.

The designs included modifications to the existing building, including a second staircase up into the master suite, a new first floor ‘jack and jill’ bathroom, an upgraded ground floor wet room and a new utility area.
