Hill House Hill, Liphook

This two storey home, on the outskirts of Liphook, Hampshire, has been significantly extended and upgraded.

A single storey, full length extension to the rear creates a large kitchen / dining space and living area. The living area can be closed off from the kitchen or left as free flow. Roof lights add natural light to the ground floor space.

The rear extension is timber clad and will weather to a silver grey, harmonising with the light grey window and roof light frames. The large kitchen and living space windows open out on to the large rear garden.

The property has been full refurbished with three new bathrooms housed in the two storey, side extensions and a new downstairs lavatory.
