Speltham Hill, Hambledon

Planning permission has been granted for an extension to this home to the south of the village centre of Hambledon in Hampshire.

Hambledon, known as the ‘Cradle of cricket’, is a rural village within the South Downs National Park.

The project is comprised of two distinct elements:

A single storey, rear extension will extend the living accommodation at ground floor and give improved access to the south facing garden and a loft conversion will create a master bedroom suite.

A double storey, side extension to the main house will provide improved and extended living and bedroom accommodation.
